French President Calls For
World To Act On Syrian Chemical Weapons
French President Francois Hollande says the increasing
evidence of the use of chemical weapons by the Syrian government “obliges the
international community to act…within the framework of international law”.
He spoke hours after Syrian government troops regained control of Qusair. The city is considered a strategic town for the rebels as it provided a route for weapons to be brought into the country.
A BBC news team entered the city after the rebels withdrew
and said the town was in ruins.
The BBC also released information regarding videos and
eyewitness testimony of the use of chemical weapons in Saraqeb, Syria. Footage
showed hospital patients frothing at the mouth and twitching, indications of
being poisoned with nerve gas.
Obama will use these same tactics just as he has in Libia and many other nations already.
This is the basic same path that was used to get America to invade Iraq. It was the same approach used to get America to bomb Libya. This is yet another example of history repeating itself.
